Will the service provider complete all the tasks I selected?
Yes, the service provider is equipped to handle all the tasks you selected.
Will my service provider complete all the tasks I assigned?
No, the service provider is capable of handling all the tasks assigned but cannot guarantee their completion within the specified timeframe. Customers should note that while our service providers have the ability to perform all selected tasks, they may not have the capacity to complete them all within the allotted time.
Who is my service provider?
Your service provider is a local individual living or working within a 2 km radius of your location. They may be either a retained staff member with QuikyGo or a commission-based worker who is also employed full-time elsewhere.
How long will it take for my service provider to arrive?
Your service provider is scheduled to arrive at the designated start time. Their details will be shared with you no later than 10 minutes before the start time.
Will the service provider bring equipment or machinery for cleaning?
No, they will not.
Who is responsible if the service provider damages an appliance or property?
Currently, neither the company nor the service provider is liable. However, insurance coverage will be introduced soon.
Who is responsible if the service provider is caught stealing?
The company does not assume responsibility. However, we will assist the police or customer with all required information to resolve the issue.
How can I stop the service midway?
You can contact us via WhatsApp, call, or email, or directly request the service provider to leave your premises.
How much do I pay if I stop the service midway?
You will be charged based on the time used. For example, 2 hours would cost 200 INR.
What should I do if I’m uncomfortable with my service provider?
You can contact us via WhatsApp, call, or email to stop the service, or directly ask the service provider to leave your premises.
Can I get a refund if I’m dissatisfied with the work?
No, refunds are not available at this time.

Can I book the same service provider again?
Yes, but only after the QuikyGo team verifies your status as a loyal customer.
How can I schedule a booking for multiple days?
You can schedule multiple-day bookings directly through our website.
How can I book more than one service provider?
You can book multiple service providers through our website.
Is there a discount for bulk bookings?
Not yet, but bundle subscriptions will be introduced soon.
Do I need to provide materials or equipment to the service provider?
Yes, you need to provide materials and equipment based on the task. For instance, if you want your WC cleaned, you must supply the necessary cleaning materials and tools.
Is it okay to share my contact information with the service provider?
Absolutely! However, all our service providers are full-time employees at various organizations with fixed schedules & would require you to book for an entire day with dynamic pricing . That’s why QuikyGo is your best choice for on-demand assistance—simple, reliable, and affordable.
Will the service provider use my WC?
This decision is up to you. We would appreciate it if you allow the service provider to use your WC when necessary.
Should I tip the service provider?
Tipping is entirely optional and at your discretion.
Can I request a specific gender for my service provider?
Due to security concerns, this is not currently permitted. Exceptions may be made for verified loyal customers.
Can I change my service provider after allocation?
No, changes are not allowed due to security concerns.
